Refund policy
At VAMOR., we offer a full refund within 10 days after the product has been delivered if the item does not suit you or does not meet expectations. This allows you to try the product with confidence.

For repeat purchases, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences or personal reasons. However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund. Please contact us through our contact form within 10 days of receiving your order.
Upon delivery, please verify that the product is not damaged and that the correct item has been received. Items returned after 10 days from delivery cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items that have been opened or used, even once.
- Items damaged, altered, or stained while in the customer's possession.
- Return requests made more than 10 days after delivery.
- Returns sent back after more than 3 business days from the approval date.
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defect, or shipping mistake), we will cover all associated return costs, including shipping fees and bank transfer charges.
